What to Expect
Our hiring process is designed to assess how you think. Candidates will be evaluated on how effectively they analyse information and approach complex problems.
The process includes multiple stages, which may include online assessments, applied exercises and interactive discussions.
We aim to provide a structured and consistent process, giving candidates multiple opportunities
to demonstrate their critical thinking skills and approach to decision-making.
Our assessments are designed to reflect the type of thinking required on the job. We want to understand how you generate original ideas, work through uncertainty, form views, and adapt your approach as new information emerges.

FAQs for Early Careers
Internship opportunities vary in duration and season each year based on operational needs and office location, and are available across a range of business areas.
Interns take on real, hands-on work and interact directly with senior colleagues, supported by mentorship, structured training, and professional development opportunities throughout the program.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected applicants will be invited to complete virtual assessments as the first stage of the recruitment process. Depending on the opportunity, the next stages may include role-specific technical interviews or case studies, followed by interviews with members of the relevant business areas.
We participate in a variety of recruiting events, including on-campus presentations, career fairs, office visits, and competitions. We encourage you to connect with us on campus, follow our Careers page, and monitor your university's careers office for upcoming opportunities.
We encourage candidates to submit one application globally for the opportunity that best matches their interests. Our recruiting teams may consider your profile for other suitable opportunities where appropriate.
Application timelines vary by role and location. We encourage candidates to apply as early as possible, as applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and some opportunities may close once positions have been filled.
Candidates who require a reasonable accommodation to participate in any stage of the recruitment process can contact BHCampusTeam@brevanhoward.com. We will consider accommodation requests based on individual needs and circumstances.
